What if I am unable to walk? Brad Krambeer says, “If you are unable to walk you could use a recumbent bike or a nu-step. Both are low impact and would still work your cardiovascular system. If you have access to a pool that would also be beneficial. The buoyancy of the water allows you to exercise without the high impact if you are injured.” |
