How to prevent repetitive stress injury? One way to prevent repetitive stress injuries is to take breaks from the repetitive task to allow your body to rest and recover properly. Making sure to use good form and technique and maintaining good posture while performing the repetitive technique, will also lower your chance of injury. Stretching the used muscles before and after the repetitive activity will also be helpful in preventing repetitive stress injuries. |
