Too much screen time can have several negative effects on your health. The light emitted from the device you are using can cause sleep problems. To help solve this, stop using electronic devices for an hour or two before bed. Also, too much screen time can cause neck and back pain. Being in front of a screen can cause poor posture. It is important to limit screen time if you can, or you should take frequent breaks from the device.
